The new automated storage system has container’s size 2060/825 and a height of 5 meters.  

Some of the containers are equipped in addition with small storage bins for the smaller parts. The Lean Lift has also light indicator for the place of the articles and an inventory management control in communication with the clients ERP. An access control system is also implemented.

The automated LEAN LIFT increase considerably the storage surface  – 68 square meters of warehouse on only 6 square meters of the building.

The Automated System is storing spare parts and is with a height of  6 meters and 35 containers with overall storage surface  71 sq. meters over 7.8 sq.meters of the building.

The whole spare parts warehouse is integrated with the  ERP system of the company. All spare parts are protected in the system with a very fast access upon request and a consistent stock reports.

Marpex Agro is a beneficiary of  contracted grants from the Structural and Cohesion EU Funds, Joint Operational Cross-border Program  „Black sea  2007 – 2013г.” and the Financial Mechanism of The European Economic Area.
