For the needs of the UniArt Gallery we were invited to provide a solution for a storage depot for paintings
The room measures 6.3 x 3.5 x 3.0 metres - 22 square metres in total. Our depot project achieved a total picture storage area of 171 m2. This represents the densest possible use of space.
The Foreg 3000 picture storage system we selected, supplied and installed has pull-out panels on floor rails in a podium and guides on a stand-alone structure fixed to the ceiling.
Additional panels are located along the walls for maximum capacity.
The system allows easy access at any time to any picture without having to download and manipulate it otherwise. The system is designed to provide optimum storage and ventilation conditions.
It is manufactured by our Austrian partner Forster Metallbau model Foreg 3000.
